Partner Workouts
Need motivation from others? Many people do and this is why this class is a great option. For groups of 4-5 minimum, we can meet in the park or other location for a great workout. This will mostly be in the bootcamp format however options of PIYO/pilates work are available as well.
So will you be more likely to work out if you have a partner? Someone to laugh with or cheer you on? Grab a friend or your spouse. Make working out together enjoyable. This can be done in various settings as well.

Don't know where to start with your workout? Not to worry, let me get you started and meet with you as often as necessary to keep you going. We can work from the most basic cardio and strength work on up to the more challenging needs. Sessions are priced based on number of times per week or month we meet and various needs.
Get the whole family moving or have some great one on one time with a child. This not only makes working out fun but instills great habits for years to come in the life of children. We will find games to compete with each other or have fun with old school gym class drills.

So you know how to workout but need an accountability partner? Let me be that person. We can get you started with a workout plan and then you can do it on your own. I will sit down with you once or twice a month to review your current levels, make adjustments to your workouts and make sure you have a plan that is working for you.

Healthy Eating Tips
1. Don't think of eating as a bad thing and starving as a good thing. Food is fuel that gives your body energy. However, just like your car doesn't run smoothly with bad gasoline, your body doesn't run well with bad foods.
2. It's no secret some foods are healthier han others and we should be eating the healthy foods. But it is also important to know not everyone can eat 100% of the best stuff all the time. A small indulgence every now and then is ok as long as we are setting rules about the splurges.
3. Food choices are individual. What works for one person may not work for the next. Finding a diet and a workout that works for YOU is the most important thing.
4. Even a little bit of improvement is better than nothing.
5. Making good food choices isn't a short term plan; it's a lifetime plan.
Dieting isn't fun and a lot of times, inconvenient. One thing I won't start off doing is putting you on a "diet." I feel it is very important however to know what you are putting into your body. My first recommendation to any new client is to start a food journal. Taking the physical act of writing out what you eat often opens the eyes as to where we can splurge and where we should cut back.
